Speaking as someone who owns the game and actually likes it (ie not a hater or bandwagoner), I have to say all three of those "expansions" should just be included in the base game.

And also to be fair that list doesn't really mention city size, just population and density. A land area size question was asked seperately along with a bunch of other smaller features that seemed to suggest that they would be patched in.

That said, I'd love to see the reaction from the public of Maxis dared to charge people for larger cities. It'd be like rising the Titanic then firing a torpedo at it.
