That doesn't mean they're not showing anything at all ... It might be Steam-related.
If it is Steam-related, it would have to be a relatively big deal. I don't see what they could do that would be big enough to show at E3, but hey, it's Valve. I've been surprised by them before (in the good way).
All delays/myths/lack of information aside, you'd think the next Half-Life, whether Episode 3 or Half-Life 3 would have so many new features from what they learned with Portal 2.
TBH I hope when EP3 IS annouced eventually, they will pull an apple and reveal it few weeks before the release.
I wasn't expecting any news of Episode 3 at E3 anyway.
Hey im new here. Im sam, how is everyone? I look forwards to being a active memeber
Why do you have to torture me like this Valve?
I think I know why Episode 3 was originally delayed. They spent quite a bit of time coming up with new concepts and worked on them instead of working on actual games.
Crossing fingers for linux support!

Anyway, I can't believe after just one day, I totally forgot about The Final Hours of Portal 2. I just bought it on iTunes, this will be a good read.

That's why you need to let people relax systematically and effeciently in order to get your workers creative. Many big companies in creative branches has large "playgrounds" for their workers in order to get ideas spinning.
Hey im new here. Im sam, how is everyone? I look forwards to being a active memeber
Fuck off sam
Hey im new here. Im sam, how is everyone? I look forwards to being a active memeber
no one cares
the problem with episode 3 is that it's going to be tremendously difficult to tie everything together in a satisfying manner
I haven't been this mad since that one time GTTV said 'and some new info about EP3' in its ads and then revealed absolutely fucking nothing except having Gabe say something like 'when it's done'.
Oh well not a huge letdown really. We already know they're not working on anything HL related and won't be producing any more HL episodic content. We already know they're working on Dota2 which is cool but not really anything to be excited over. Portal 2 is out, no one would care about another L4D game. Not really sure what they could even announce.
Damm I want the the final hours e-book. Someone donate me $1,50 :v: :smith: djessey@live.nl
