Having played SWTOR religiously for nearly a year I can say it's a pretty good MMO in it's own rights. It's not the super WoW killer everyone wanted but it is nice for what it is, the background lore, character stories, and most of the characters are pretty enjoyable. Gameplay felt like any other MMO I played but at least when you did Flashpoints and Raids they tried to give you a solid story that went a long with it and then a wrap up to it. TOR is a solid 7-8/10 IMO not great but not bad. But the best MMO ever would be Pre-EMU Star Wars Galaxies, I personally never played it but I heard good things about how kick ass it was to be like a medic healer, who could heal for insane amounts of HP but also deal crazy poison damage to you. The super rare Jedi class that if you died 3 times you lost it forever.

yeah SWTOR was pretty enjoyable what with all the ruining of KOTOR 1, 2, Kreia, Revan, The Excile, having terrible graphics yet somehow being one of the hardest games to run and also somehow being worse then Starwars: Galaxies.

It reconned most of KOTOR 2 which was a stupid idea, if you had read the book Revan you'd know why the Exile is like that. The graphics are fine, what are you talking about, and I found it hard to run on a machine that had 8 year old parts in it, but any PC with parts from 2010 can run it.
Really the KOTOR2 retcon is my only major gripe with the game.
As for looking bad, I think it looks fine. The style's pretty pleasing for the most part. And I don't find it hard to run at all. My laptop can handle it and my laptop's a glorified paper notebook.
nice arguement are you gonna tell me i have to get to max level to judge it? lmao no a few hours is more than enough to judge a game
yeah i played the first couple chambers of portal 2 too but since i played it for maybe an hour and a half i think i'm qualified to make judgments on it

i really don't care what games you think are good or what you use to judge games, that's just a pretty shitty argument

The Revan book was mainly what I was talking about were they turned Bastila into a housewife and the Exile into a chick that was besties with Revan even when in KOTOR 2 they pretty much say that Revan hated The Exile.

Compared to the other MMOs on the market it doesn't look as appeal as say EVE or even WoW. I wish they went the original artstyle of the previous games because honestly to me they look way better then the cartoony artstyle they went with.

Looks far better than WoW if you ask me.

Well to me I still see a lot of Charm in WoW's design and not so much in SWTOR you know? SWTOR just looks really plastic like.

there is barely any mention about kreia in swtor, maybe a line or two

swtor is a fine game, no matter how meh its story is, its one of the few mmos that has a good way to tell it
What the hell is "best" supposed to mean here? By what metric do you define the "best" MMO?
If you're talking about subsciption numbers, I will understand WoW at #1, but that would mean GW2 wouldn't even be on the list.
If you're talking about gameplay, WoW doesn't even deserve a mention, the PvP is unbalanced and the PvE is boring at best.
Should have just named the article Top 10 PC MMOs, sure it's generic, but ugh, it's better than what it is right now.
When writing an article about the "best", please define "best".
Why not Star Trek Online?
I quite like Guild Wars 2. The end game is perhaps a bit relaxed for some but I find it isn't a huge time sink and once you get exotic armour you can just run dungeons and do the timed world events which is quite fun.

That's good, it means he only suffered minor brain damage.
