[sp]Actually, Jacket dind't even need to meet up with Richter: remember, before waking up, you eavesdrop cop and nurse talking about Richter, mentionening the fact he shot the girl and got arrested, so hearing that in coma, Jacket could have pieced info together, since he wasn't ready to go out of the comaduring phonehom standoff, so he fabricated those other calls before finally dreamscape came to shit, and he got shot by Richter, explaining how he found out the girl is dead and found out about Richter in the 1st place: he heard people discussing it. [/sp]
[sp]So you think it's possible Jacket lost against Helmet but still managed to survive and return home? It would make sense, considering Jacket only starts to see hallucinations after his fight with Helmet. Richter was sent to kill Jacket either because he witnessed the information Helmet stumbled upon or because he failed to kill Helmet. Either reason makes sense. [/sp]
[sp]But that doesn't explain why Jacket saw Richter in his hallucinations before Richter actually shot him[/sp]
[sp]But that doesn't explain why Jacket saw Richter in his hallucinations before Richter actually shot him[/sp]
[sp]Nothing can explain that, honestly, you don't see him beneath the mask untill after you're out of coma, maybe Jacket met him on the place 50 blessings invited all to-be killers, and Jacket didn't like him.[/sp]
Anyone got links to all the music?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_qXOw9R-EPU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rKSRm2G1t-c Not sure what happened to media tags for YouTube links, but there you go. The track for the second level was posted earlier in the thread.

The pamphlets on Jacket's counter indicate that the entire thing is a mail-in ordeal, and that the assassins all operate independently. This makes sense realistically, as it prevents one assassin from ratting out the others. Richter (ironically the rat) was just as clueless as Jacket and could not provide any useful information to the police during their investigations. Also, Helmet and Jacket, both "50 Blessings" operatives, don't seem to be acquainted. Jacket was probably followed by Richter, leading Jacket to have a paranoid mental breakdown. It is also possible that, assuming the first half of the game is Jacket's memory, Richter is simply the last person he saw and is heavily ingrained in his thoughts during the coma.[/sp]
[sp]wasn't the whole point of the ending of hotline miami about how story in a game doesn't matter as much as the gameplay[/sp] [sp]wasn't the question "who are you and why are you doing this" answered with "who cares? you had fun!" by obvious avatars for the game's developers[/sp]
Is there any other video? The one in the article is private.
Yeah, anyone got another video?
