An alternate Crysis 2 if instead of becoming more story driven it rolled with the good parts. More environmental interaction and destruction, better polish and gunplay, the same type of open ended sandboxes the first game had, as well as pushing technology forward again.
Knack 2
A sequel to Starsiege.
Psi-Ops, will never happen though.
Burnout Paradise
SWAT 5!! I'll make it if I have to. It has to exist within my lifetime or else I'll be sad
Monkey Island 2 I need to know the Secret
Would kill for a an actual sequel to Black instead of the mess that was Bodycount. Just a hefty cinematic shooter that doubles as gun porn.
Psi-Ops, will never happen though.
Who actually owns the Midway IPs now? Is it strictly Warner Bros.? Honestly surprised no developer has attempted a similar idea especially given the tech we have available now.
A sequel to Starsiege.
This is exactly what I came here to post. Starsiege is the only mech game that has ever actually been worth a damn in my opinion. It's frustrating that it can't even run on modern systems anymore and Tribes was so much more mediocre a series.
Startopia
Really surprised to see this mentioned, i was going to say the same thing. It's one of my favourite games of all time and there really isn't anything else like it. It's unfortunate that a few years ago one of the lead developers said there is basically no chance of a sequel ever happening:
"There's been a few sequel ideas pitched round by [ex-Mucky Foot developers] but nothing concrete. I think a Kickstarter would probably flop just due to lack of original players of the game as it never sold very well,"
https://www.kotaku.com.au/2015/08/like-startopia-then-buy-it-because-youre-not-getting-a-sequel/ However, there are a few studios that are currently working on games that they've said are inspired by games like Startopia. There's Two Point Studios who're Lionhead/BullFrog/Mucky foot devs who'll reveal their game next year, and there's BrightRock games who seem to be making a Space-themed management game. Both are said to be inspired by stuff like Startopia and Evil Genius, so there's a chance of something like a spiritual successor happening at some point, at least.
Okami IIRC, during the ending, the narrator tells you, the player, to come back later for the rest of Amaterasu's story and to cherish the tale you've been told for the time being. At the same time, Okami had a perfect ending so I wouldn't want a sequel to tarnish that but there's still some potential considering [sp]Ammy and Waka fly off to the Celestial Plain in the end.[/sp]
Dungeon Keeper 2 As much as I like War for the Overworld, I don't think it captured quite captured the feel of either of the Bullfrog games.
Timesplitters Future Perfect
Shadow of the Colossus
The World Ends With You
Jak and Daxter Series. I've always wondered what kind of adventures the duo had after Jak 3.
Mirror's Edge but a good sequel this time
I've had a lot of fun with it, it's kinda freeing.
Jet Set Radio Future, please.
Legacy of Kain: Defiance
came here to post this, and boy does it make me sad that this is my biggest desire t-thanks square enix :( though there's still hope and will in the industry, so they might one day budge
Seconding to Timeplitters. Sadly in today's lootbox, microtransaction, day one DLC environment I just wouldn't be the same :_;
I'd love Freespace 3 Surprised nobody mentioned this one, the modding community for freespace 2 is -incredible-.
A Bioshock game as good as the first. PREY is probably the closest we came, but lacked a compelling narrative or characters. Gameplay and atmosphere was solid as a rock though
Deus Ex 5
No One Lives Forever 3 please
Blockland
Seconding to Timeplitters. Sadly in today's lootbox, microtransaction, day one DLC environment I just wouldn't be the same :_;

Timesplitters Future Perfect
thankfully Timesplitters : Rewind exists
Spyro 3, but with the same developer team.
You stole my answer you thief. Why the hell did they just let it go, letting it turn into utter and COMPLETE trash INSTANTLY? Enter the Dragonfly is a fucking travesty, and the gameboy games were lazy as fuck too (if not quite as unfinished and ugly due to not getting as close to the hideous faces). So uh.. Thief 2, similar stipulation (yes I know Thief 3 was the same guys but it is not nearly as good imo, and lost a lot of it's mojo).
Star Wars: Republic Commando.
Metroid: Fusion also deserves a sequel.
Bloodborne
