http://i.imgur.com/UdutN.jpg (a larger, better image than the one I posted earlier) Because not only is Bioware currently on par with Activision/IW in terms of utter laziness and complete lack of passion, it's also a horribly written game. Have you seen the gay Shepard sex scene video? It's like it was written by Hepler herself.
All of those are really nitpicky, also, you do realize that The Walking Dead and ME3 have a paired promo right, those two promos are INTENTIONALLY the same.
http://i.imgur.com/UdutN.jpg
The only two things of any importance is the discussion about the endings and the picture of Tali, the rest of the complaints either exist in any other game and only get shit because /v/ has a raging hate boner for Bioware, or are so small and inconsequential that it's funny people even wanted to point it out. You know you're trying to hard when you are counting the moles on a characters back.
I'm going to enjoy this game while a bunch of children bicker about whether it's good or not. The ending could be the worst piece of trash ever but I've spent 10 hours having fun with it so far, I don't think I'm anywhere near done, and that's more than I'd get out of an average shooter today.

Imagine "A New Hope" except they never blew up the Death Star, that's how Mass Effect would be without this game. Sure, when the Death Star blew up, you were like "fuck that wasn't as cool as I wished", but then you realized that it really set the tone for the next film. The rebels are strong enough to take out a fuckin' death star, what could stop them now? Same kinda deal here, you dig.
idk seems like everyone has been crying about little things on mass effect 3. I've been using my save from mass effect 1 and so far i'm 23 hours into mass effect 3. It's fucking awesome then again I didn't spend every living moment searching info about mass effect 3 and getting myself hyped up for it like most of the fp fans did.
I finished it earlier today, and for some reason ME3 managed to get me incredibly sad several times (I even fucking cried at the end), something the other two games couldn't achieve. In my opinion I loved ME3, I was a bit disappointed about some things they've changed, they journal for example is a lot worse compared to ME2. The ending could've definitely been better, but I still wasn't completely disappointed with it. I strongly recommend buying it, even if you're "pissed" about the end, why does it matter if you had fun for several other hours?
Bought the game because I enjoyed ME1 and ME2. I seriously that Quarian and Asari ass. also the game is cool as hell111

Last I checked you are not required to follow the gay romance path so your poor little eyes won't have to be violated by it.
I like the way that that image just includes some casual transphobia at the end. Like it wasn't stupid enough already.
3.5m disappointed people.
That was epic Shepard, epic for the win.
[sp] She's not actually a squad member- you can choose to let her on your ship as a journalist reporting on what you do [/sp]
It's still a great game
I would like to be one of these 3.5 million, but I'm not. I'm not giving EA a cent of my money, or a minute of my time.
Did have a pre-order, but cancelled it, since I'm tight on money and I don't really want to buy it if there's a possibility it could ruin the series for me.
Did have a pre-order, but cancelled it, since I'm tight on money and I don't really want to buy it if there's a possibility it could ruin the series for me.
The ending ruins the entire Mass Effect universe as we have known it.
The endings really were dissapointing because the rest of the game I really enjoyed.
I strongly recommend buying it, even if you're "pissed" about the end, why does it matter if you had fun for several other hours?
[sp]Because the ending is riddled with holes and invalidates everything we've done and destroys the whole core of the trilogy. That's why people are furious.[/sp] Don't get me wrong, everything up to that point was damn near flawless. Building the allies, resolving the age-old conflicts and having some personal time with my favorite characters. Brilliant, entertaining. They just choked on the ending, hard, and that's not something you do when you've got three games building up to it and [sp]then decide it was all for naught at the end.[/sp]
The endings really were dissapointing because the rest of the game I really enjoyed.
I am in the same boat. Before the ending, they were wrapping things up so perfectly, characters you knew show up, they were extremely awesome and even more dedicated to your cause. Then you arrive at the ending and all you did was fucking pointless. All of my rage. I'm 20 hours in and I still haven't beaten it
I couldn't agree more. I'm 20 hours in and I still haven't beaten it
Took me 30 with only a few sidequests.
Good! It's an incredible game and I hope Bioware make more like it. The amount of content blows my mind. After every single mission including the smallest side missions just about every crew member has something new to say about the mission you just did. That alone is blowing me away.
To clarify, I said this before I got to the end of the game. The ending is a total fuckfest and resembles something a Highschool student would write after taking a couple writing classes and coming up with something he thinks is "truly clever"

Those good amazing parts of Mass Effect 3. If only the ending wasn't there...
I liked Mass Effect 3.
http://i.imgur.com/UdutN.jpg
holy shit talk about nit-picking... that bit about the 'modeled after a TS' is the most pathetic "negative" point ive seen in a while
I was done with the series halfway through ME 2. ME 1 was a great game, just got old the 2nd time around.
holy shit talk about nit-picking... that bit about the 'modeled after a TS' is the most pathetic "negative" point ive seen in a while
Well, the Tali one is pretty despicable, as well as the DLC and the Deus Ex ending. Otherwise, yeah.
I just wish I wasn't lining EA's pockets. I really hate that they acquired Bioware.
