I may just not be recalling them but I remember seeing exclusively bandit maruaders after a certain level.[/QUOTE]Sort of, bandit marauders are the highest "tier" bandit and the higher your level the more likely the stroger tier enemies will spawn until they're pretty much the only thing you run into, but mobs also scale in level and stats without changing name until they hit a certain cap. The idea of "rubberbanding" from what I understand is basically getting rid of mob tiers and only keep relatively small level scaling, like I said something that was already in place with skyrim, if definitely not used nearly enough
As long as we don't get Oblivion style scaling, it should be good.
People are (rightfully) worried that the scaling will be like Skyrim's. So long as it's not, well, we should be fine.
