this is SRT3 with enbseries, it's nothing special at all
looking at a video it looks even worse than the default enb settings, which are fucking horrible

You need to fix it with the StreamMemFix, which the people who made this mod evidently forgot to use even though it's packaged with the texture mods they stole from.

Yep. Unless if you hack the object limiter values and stream memory limits (which are hard-coded).

But the enb configuration doesn't seem to good in those videos, even for enb San Andreas.
