It says he has 336 hours in 2 weeks, and that's right around what 24x14 is so obviously he runs the game constantly in the background.
I've bought Garrysmod at full price about five times by now. Once on my 2005 account that got vacbanned for using a bloom mod in 1.6, once on my new account, then gifted three(?) friends Gmod.

I had CapsAdmin on my friends list some time ago (He removed me, sad face) and he had the game running in the background basically 24 hours a day.
