Again the modding API is postponed. *sigh*
it's almost like re-factoring the entire back end so the mod api isn't shit takes time or something
It still blisters my balls they have improving the combat so low priority
it's almost like re-factoring the entire back end so the mod api isn't shit takes time or something
refactoring the back end my ass They promised optimization and lighting system updates/fixes this update Its pre-release week and guess what, they only fixed one lighting bug and made performance worse.
The hoppers and droppers will basically allow you to do all the item transportation stuff that those tech mods do, but in vanilla And that's exciting Now add 1-block logic gates and the ability to run redstone up walls and on the ceiling.
Jeb looks so fucking homeless. Does a decent job at Updating the game though
This video shows off Alpha gen rather well. Btw, my video just hit 2million views :3
I miss it when the game's worlds were like that. I miss that.

I miss the Alpha's generation, low cut hills with rivers, cliff faces that created caves, water filled tunnels. It seems the more complex the generation became, the worse it looked. Some biomes have far more detail than others, more work put into them. Jungles aren't nearly as exciting as they should be, just hills without rhyme or reason, deserts are tiny, swamps are too common and ugly as sin etc.

honestly i think what minecraft needs is just more progressive challenges relating to mining and surviving i think the best part of the game is the first few nights when youre building your shelter and gathering resources, before you have the ability to do much think of a game like motherload, that felt like a really endless progression with lots of places where you could fuck up minecraft could be more like that
