Should have thought about that idea when you killed him off 15 years ago :v:
they can always bring him back with NANOMACHINES
My minds still kinda blank. Were the mecha police african?
They were apart of Maverick Security Consulting, same as Raiden. [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline] The guy's who look like IDW Cobra Commander with power ranger bodies are apart of Desperado.
wait guys.... grey fox cloning.. there's got to be some genetic material in that smear on that hanger in shadow moses. actually if they cloned fox and somehow imbued him with enough memories to make the clone think he was fox. i mean it doesn't sound like that bad of an idea to me. fox was one of those great warriors, just like big boss. and big boss had three clones made from him. [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline] there are actually plenty of ways they could reasonably bring back fox without it being fucktarded. just it wouldn't actually be him. plus you'd probably want a new VO for this new grey fox because the real one is totally dead. this solves the whole "japan retires characters who's VOs died". the character himself will technically still be dead. [editline]22nd January 2013[/editline] also if the shadow moses smear is to coagulated and fucked up i'm willing to bet when the patriots had him they collected all sorts of samples and shit.
They brought back Raiden from having all his limbs chopped off, his body completely raped by electrical malfuctioning and shock, and he suffered more force than the metal gear. I'm sure they could just say nanomachines if they wanted.
that's sad, he had potential to compete with raiden, i'm playing mgs2 for the first time
Thats like, the entire plot of Metal Gear AC!D 2, just replace Fox with Snake.
Which makes no sense considering how he gave it up at the end of MGS4 to raise his family.
Hence why I don't count this as canon to the MGS storyline. By the end, Raiden got a normal prosthetic body and started living with his family. This implies that he never cope with his past and actually felt good killing, so he just dove back into conflicts, leaving everything behind. As I once said: It's better to play this and think of it as a seperate Metal Gear game with no ties to the main storyline.

Hell, its explained in the trailers and in multiple Q & A's, read before you say this shit for fucks sake.
they can always bring him back with NANOMACHINES
Not even NANOMESHINS can bring him back after being stepped on by what's probably a 10+ ton walking tank. The trailers are filled with this.

He's a spiritual successor. Besides Fox became completely unhinged not long after his full body cyber enhancement. Fox was a just a gene therapy test gone wrong and when they realized they could still control him and fool him into thinking he was doing the right thing they decided to strip him of what was left. Frank is highly likely to show up in MGS5. If GZ section takes place in Rhodesia at some point then it's all but confirmed.
