I like that they're giving a personality to your legions, hopign for a slightly RPG aspect towards them. Also, its not Regiments, its (from lowest kinds of unit to highest int he roman Legion) Contubernium < Centuria < Maniple < Cohort. If RTW is anything to go by, your armies will range from the Centuria level upwards, most you could have in the old RTW was 20 Centuries/10 Maniples/2 and a Half Cohorts, but hopefully they have Shogun 2's one where you can have tons of units, that you finally might be able to build and control a full legion.
Yarp. 80 unit battles would pretty much be a whole legion. I would love to see Greek Fire during naval battles. Would be so cool.

For easier amry management though, 160 Legionaries (a Maniple) per unit card would be better, grouping them in 3's as a Cohort. (that way you're managing Maniples instead of Centuries, by the way a Century was named such, despite having 80 Fighting men in it because it also had 10 Servants that took care of some stuff, thus making it 100 men in total) That way then, you could have 30 unit cards for a Legion (minus Auxiliaries, which could bring it up to 40 cards)
Actually. We're made to look more like gay Britons in that game. The Saxons in Rome are closer. But they still don't eat shrooms before taking a double edged axe to a one vs 20 fight... There's this one guy in Britain, who held a bridge against an army of saxons, just with his axe and some drugs. Shit was cash... Until someone anally speared him from below the bridge... That was so gay.
Theres an article about him on badassoftheweek.com
Just goes to show how frenchified Britain got. If they had just put up with our abuse, they'd be serious badasses with a "Who cares" attitude to unimportant shit like sensationalism and religious extremism... Well, they already do. But it's more of a "I'm better than you!" than a "Comeon, chill out. Let's grab a beer!" kind of way. That's as gay as anally spiking a guy you don't hold a candle to...
