Okay, now I'm worried. I use Gmod primarily to make screenshots, so losing quality bugs me. Wait, does the dev_screenshot thing still work?
Yes, but using the camera is going to take a picture for your screenshots folder, and force the steam app to take a screenshot as well, giving you TWO pictures.
Steam Screenshots Any screenshots you take are now integrated into the Steam Screenshots. They will still be saved in your screenshots folder - but will also be available in the Screenshot Manager for easy sharing/uploading/viewing.
Fucking finally.
Am I the only one that can't load any bsps? I get kicked back into the menu just when it finishes loading.
Does it pop up an error in the overlay that you're ignoring?
Does it pop up an error in the overlay that you're ignoring?
No error other than that scripting error thing, which didn't do anything before and I didn't change anything in the gmod files. None of the errors got anything to do with the mainmenu crash, if I remove those old lua scripts it would still happen.
Is there currently a way to allow the ragdoll to move across the entire map? I don't have a kinect quite yet, so I can only tell by the videos that it seems as if the ragdoll is confined to the space the kinect defines. I was thinking of attaching the kinect model to a hoverball, and allowing the actions of foot movement ("walking while standing still") to travel anywhere on the map as the hoverball allows the kinect model to move the character as the colliding of the feet with the world allow the ragdoll to travel anywhere, but the videos imply there is no world collision between the ragdoll. Is that lack of world collision variable?
I really hope that we'll maybe get L4D2 mounting with next update. Since pretty much all the models that were broken before now have totally functional versions on the Workshop, we really just need the models and textures for maps and shaders back.
