It's quite rare to see multiple severs on heavy load.[/QUOTE]
It isn't dying
The huge surge at the start was most likely players who rushed to endgame ASAP, complained about lack of endgame, and unsubbed. I'd rather not see those people around anyway. Still going strong after about two and a half months here, only have one 50. Game is still super fun and the first content patch is coming out in April. You can't expect endgame to be perfect a few weeks after release... take your time while leveling, actually enjoy the game and allow the developers to release additional content
The only real problem is the sheer number of servers. Need to consolidate some of them. There's 5-6 big NA servers, but there's way more servers in total

not everyone enjoys leveling hence why people rushed to 50, so they could enjoy their part of the game, but then they soon realized that the end game was shit and quit.

If you rush through a game to get to the end, it's your fault if you're bored. BW put a ton of work into the leveling content, and it shows. The endgame isn't nonexistent. You can raid and PVP just like in any other MMO. You can gear up for future content expansions. What else could you ask for? Content takes time to develop. I'm really looking forward to continuing the story on my 50 main, and I can level other characters in the meantime... or I can play the endgame content that's already there.
I think they just need some server merging. There is no sense in having as many servers as WoW when you're a couple months old.
There was a HUGE number of players at the start, so many that more servers were needed and added every couple hours to alleviate the pressure, now that the hype's died down and TOR is settled into it's average playerbase, probably to steadily rise through time, there are too many servers. Some should be merged for now
I only played for a few hours on the beta for a bunch of hours and played the released game for a few hours.
I quit as soon as I remembered I got much better games, like Battlefield 3 or Guild Wars (still trying to get all the titles).
