CSGO and DOTA2 kinda are too. Not as much as tf2 but they get some updates. Like CSGO got a new pistol not so long ago.
I'd say Dota gets more updates than TF2, however neither CS:GO or Dota use the same engine as any other game, so their updates are pretty much standalone.
I wish they still cared for Day of Defeat :c
Day of Defeat: Global Offensive represent.
I feel like they support the wrong games at the wrong times.
Sure, it's not like they are releasing many updates for CSS/TF2/L4D2 and none for CSGO or Dota, but there are possibly thousands of bugs in Dota, and they release bug fixes every blue moon for it. And we're talking about Dota, where the slightest bug goes viral and the whole game gets messed up.
Same goes for CSGO, which I ALSO think they did a not-so-great job at netcoding and balancing. It runs very well, but so many goddamn times do I miss more than half of a whole mag on someone at point blank range and they kill me first. And meanwhile, people run around with P90's and 5.7's shooting the shit out of everyone.
I'm pretty sure you didn't see all the updates from the Dota International, the Compendium, and all of the updates that the game is getting.
Oh and valve released Gygabytes worth of new content and bugfixes not too far ago
