Is it really that bad that it's another AC2-based game? It'll still have more Desmond, it'll be just as unique as Brotherhood was or even more-so and it'll be just as good or even better than Brotherhood. They've proven that they're capable of making installments that may not seem that important at first but then they turn out to be amazing. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt last time they announced Brotherhood exactly a year ago and I still am saying the same thing.
I didn't liked AC 1 much, I liked much AC 2, AC:B added that little things which AC 2 didn't have, but still AC:B is more buggy and easy. Now, I want to know how the story continues and answer my question at the end of AC:B: "What the F*** exactly just happened?"
Being released before Half-life 2: Episode 3. Shocker.
They are making Half life 3, not episode 3.
Ezio is like Batman without the no killing rule.
They are making Half life 3, not episode 3.
They aren't making anything as of yet, and they very well may not make another Half-Life game again. They've expressed zero interest in the series, and in fact seem to want to have as little to do with it as possible. The contents of Episode 3 could not work out in any other way other than another episodic release, which they have said they are abandoning. They haven't said anything about the Half-Life series other than "We are not prepared to talk about it." And have given no indication that they are even considering it any more. What we'll probably get is an announcement later this year or early next year along the lines of "We have decided to end the Half-Life series. To wrap up the events at the end of Episode 2 and the Half-Life series, we will be releasing a comic next month that covers the end of the story." A month and a half later, they'll release a twenty to thirty page comic that roughly finishes off the series. If, within the next year, they say anything about the Half-Life series other than that, it will be an incredible shock.
They wouldn't have put stuff about the Borealis in Portal 2 if there wasn't going to be another HL game...
They wouldn't have put stuff about the Borealis in Portal 2 if there wasn't going to be another HL game...
No, that is called an Easter Egg. A little throw in for amusement, not content. Valve had said they wanted to distance Portal from the Half-Life series. Adding the Borealis and the brief reference to Black Mesa were simply there as fan service, nothing else.
As long as the game is as good as Brotherhood was I'm happy with buying it for the story advancement.
I can't believe they're making another fucking Ezio game
Ezio's cool though besides it's the last game in the AC2 Trilogy

Ezio is fucking awesome don't know why so many people hate on him. I for one am fucking excited for this. It looks awesome

It looks nice but I'll probably just rent it.
I can't fucking wait for this game, I am a huge fan of the series. I will be pissed if Ubisoft delay the PC version till March 2012, though.
