I've managed to do it a few times, but the physics are so unpredictable. Not to mention, there's no proper collision or weight; you can literally run into the physics objects and they repel like bullets pinging off Superman.

Still going for every level without being killed, but the first level doesn't say you win if you don't die in the process, the round just keeps going forever.

I did it. Every level without dying. It gave me the bug where it won't end the level after the shot is fired on all of them except level 3.
