It is not a Japnese console no surprise it is not selling in Japan.

How is it "shit"? It's basically the same thing as a PS4, with some extra media features.
And with the wider release the Xbone is going to be on top compared to the wii U.
This number of sales is also not surprising - the 360 only sold 60000 on launch, and back then Microsoft apparently put a lot more weight behind it. As far as I've understood, Microsoft has basically not advertised the Xbone in Japan.
It should be remembered that the 360 sold a total of 1.66 million in Japan over the course of its lifetime - the PS3 sold 10.08 million. And that's in spite of them selling almost exactly the same amount of consoles overall. Microsoft doesn't have market penetration in Japan, and it's not just because Japan is the only country that can differ between a "shit console" and good one.
