Not really, there are still many problems they brought up when L4D2 hit the scene a year after L4D1...to be fixed, probably a dream that wouldn't come true. Animations looking bland and slow (no looking up or down, and the Hunting Rifle's viewmodel arms bending uncannily wrong), no fall-to-incap animations for the original Survivors let alone melee attachments, stupider Survivor Bots that take longer to try helping you and Response Rule problems. I've never heard any Survivors say "I hear a Boomer", "Charger", "Spitter", or non-Hunter/Jockey.
