The advert they have playing in Morrisons is surreal. It's voiced by the guy who has been in a few Rockstar ads, and also in a few of the GTA radio stations (such as Jack Howitzer movies).
But the way it's done is unintentionally funny. It sounds like a spoof ad from GTA, and in the end the deep voice says, 'Available in the entertainment aisle in Morrisons.'

They said in the article why it was delayed. Wasn't because it was a bug or anything.
Most of the game key sites don't have steam copies, the only one that I know of is ultimatum

Key sites will only have steam keys when it's a steamworks game since all keys are steam keys in that case.

It's safe, but don't expect your key right away on release. When I pre-ordered Dead Island I got it in the end, but there were people who ordered the game 5 minutes after release that were getting their copies before those who had preordered a month before release, which kind of defeats the purpose of preordering.
3 days? Sounds like it's nothing much but a lot can happen in three days.
