Nice, but the pain sounds are the same as the ones used in Happy Wheels, so I can't take it seriously.
The soldiers all just watch him kill their commander rather than stop him, they actually back up and let him through. heh
i get to kill bitches in victorian new england towns? this will be good.
i get to kill bitches in victorian new england towns? this will be good.
The victorian era was after the Revolutionary War.
Is it just me or does watching this video feel like the framerate is too high.
Beautiful visuals, but I'm really not liking the protagonist's voice. It sounds far too modern; really just generic, North American english.
I don't think this had enough slow motion american flags and god awful british accents but I guess its still pre alpha.
Is it just me or does watching this video feel like the framerate is too high.
I like it.
I still can't help but feel the American bias.
The soldiers all just watch him kill their commander rather than stop him, they actually back up and let him through. heh
They probably wouldn't realize he was going just for the commander. In the moment they were just like "Oh shit he's killing everyone get the fuck out of here"

Oh, I though they'd play the PAX gameplay trailer. The one with actual gameplay. Shit was cash.
I'm an American, and I don't like the bias I've seen so far. Hopefully it'll show things from more than one perspective and be at least somewhat accurate historically.
Is it just me or does watching this video feel like the framerate is too high.
They probably recorded it on the dev kit with out a frame limit cap. To me it's kind of better, having a higher frame rate would be great for a game like Assassins creed, with it's brutal animations and all. The problem is balancing it out with their lively cities and such. [editline]10th May 2012[/editline]
And I'm pretty sure some of them fired their weapons at him.
And flintlock muskets arent just aim, fire. They have to pull the flint back and all that fun stuff.
Whoa, look at those NPCs. Whoa, look at those moves. Whoa, look at that bow. When's pre-ordering up? I need this.
I still can't help but feel the American bias.
I was going to say something like this, but then I remembered that all the other AC games were set in Europe or Asia.
I was going to say something like this, but then I remembered that all the other AC games were set in Europe or Asia.
I think you missed his point - He means that it's generic "Lol brits were bad guys" instead of mentioning that the Colonists were doing it to dodge taxes and because of manifest destiny and wanting to head west and kill all the natives. That's what he means by American Bias, there is no balance at all in how they're presenting it.
It's probably going to have some revelations of that and how Connor has been used and such. Basic plot material. It's only a couple minute trailer and it's not a great idea to spill too many details or somehow suggest to americans that they are not perfect, when you're selling them something.
I'm surprised by how few American Revolution games there are. Looks pretty good though.
It was good up until the slow-motion American flag 'truly free blah blah blah' nonsense.
I wonder if those huge shoot outs in the trailer are real. I mean, less of a scripted event, more actual bullets that can hurt you flying everywhere
Alright, I'm a massive Assassins Creed fan. This excites me in ways that are innapropriate for public discussion. My comments? -I'm sorry, after 3 games of that sexy italian accent, Connor, your voice sounds so fucking lame. This isn't your fault though, blame Ezio. -Executions look really cool. Connor is definitely creative as well as sadistic. -I'm not entirely thrilled with the American bias... I feel enough games do that anyways, and Assassins Creed has always been good about trying new settings. -Chasing looks solid. Running through buildings looks SO Cool. -Graphics look nice. -Connor doesn't have a scar on his lip like Ezio, Altair and Desmond :C -Bears look badass.
I didn't see an American bias.
The movement look really amazing, especially the fighting ones.
I didn't see an American bias.
You didn't see the whole part were you are killing solely the British and didn't hear the whole truly free crap?
You didn't see the whole part were you are killing solely the British and didn't hear the whole truly free crap?
I'm pretty sure he's unbiased. On one hand he considers himself with the outsiders and on another hand he wants to fight for his land. Also, who cares about any slight American bias. As long as it's not AMERIKUH FUK YEA I don't see why you care? Somethings telling me a lot of people wouldn't give a shit if he was biased wit the British.
This is the first Assassins Creed game I'm actually excited about.
looked good at first but then they went on with an american dick stroke. mmmm yyeeeees the truly freee peoples mmmmmmm americaaaa
This is the first Assassins Creed game I'm actually excited about.
oh c'mon 2 was fantastic
