Yes we can, after updating to IOS5 users have decreased battery life compared to 4. Ive been experiencing it, it gets a little better when i turn notifications off, but that defeats the point of ios5 in the first place.
That's fair enough reason to call them out then, but the point I was trying to make was the the current situation for batteries in smart phones is poor. I recently got an android upgrade from my 5+ year old Sony Ericsson.
The battery life is a massive downside, so much so I can see myself taking my Sony with me should I on holiday or somewhere that power and charging won't be guaranteed.
So you have phone with a battery that lasts little more than a day? Seems pretty bad to me. My Android phone lasts at least 2 days on a full battery.
Agreed, I have the Droid X and can get three days out of it with medium usage.
They should have considered adding a better battery with the A5 inside it anyway. I believe I read it has a 1480mAh battery (correct me if I'm wrong there). That really doesn't sound sufficient for a smartphone using today's tech.
Pretty sure all current smart phone batteries are shit. You can't just pin it on Apple for this one, even if they do make funny gadgets.
I agree, my LG android phone battery runs flat so fast within 6 hours if I turn on WiFi and Data Access. The powerful the hardware, the MORE energy it consumes
I miss my old nokia e63, I just charged that thing every saturday
2 blocks of battery in the morning? no worries that shit will last till you get home and longer.
charged my iphone 4 during the day yesterday, took it out and went to bed and slept for 8 hours, woke up with 20% battery
