I hope to god the good sales and reception of the port convince them to bring Vanquish or bayonetta to PC.
That would be up to Sega, not Platinum, and Sega would have no real reason to be looking at the numbers of a Metal Gear game.
I hope it does well enough, I want MGS5 to come to PC too. And if that does well too we can hopefully expect previous titles too.
There are already PC versions of 1 and 2 they could put out, and I doubt a port of 3 would be too hard. A port of 4, though, I highly doubt will ever happen. That game has too much PS3 technology integrated in to it. Plus the amount of uncompressed audio and video would be a goddamned NIGHTMARE to install.
I still think spectacle fighter sounds better than character action game, that sounds silly vague, whereas fighting with a spectacle is pretty obvious.
I see where you're coming from, but I still like character action game better. The way I see it, spectacle fighter implies that the game is all style and no challenge, while character action game implies a level of sophistication required to play it properly.

Interesting how now people don't see it that way. I really want to see Bayonetta on PC, having it at 1080p, nice solid 60fps, I might cry.
After doing extremely rough estimation/putting shit into a calculator, judging by MGR's peak today, it has made at least $166,803, not including the people who have not launched it today

Imagine Vanquish's amazing visuals and technology porn running at 60 FPS, and Anarchy Reigns having a longer lasting online community.
25 gb oh boy.
What is Bluray?
Has anyone tried running it on a CPU below the minimum specs? I wanted to buy this but I have a Q6600
A great port. It runs so well you almost can't tell it wasn't developed for pc. Controls are surprisingly good too. Playing on keyboard here and having a blast. Though you will need a controller if you want to do harder difficulties since it is easier to flow combos that way.

A part of me likes to think that Platinum should've worked with Valve to make a Team Fortress 2 promotional update, given that it's been played to death on consoles.
