race model updates are in the works but it's unlikely they'll be out for 5.0

It will be later, just like how it happened in Cataclysm.
Cataclysm was good at start, but everything gets toned down later so that casuals can experience it as well.

it hasnt the rigging cant even be used because its incompatible with the monk class
