Ubisoft would probably cause the PC versions of everything THQ to be of the same quality as the PC port of Saints Row 2, despite being released 6-14 months after the console version(which plays fine). Then pull figures out of their ass about how they're games are so great that 200% of people playing them on PC are using a pirated version. They'd also tack a confusing microtransaction system on everything. All this in addition to their revolutionary "Gun taped to your head, rigged with explosives and slow drip poison" DRM.

In short, Ubisoft would be Ubisoft.

As much as I loved THQ for bringing us these franchises in the first place, the games they had are still striding. They're probably in better places now tbh. Now we just need Darksiders 3, then THQ can rest in peace.

After hearing the atrocities and terrible work conditions they made a lot of devs suffer through I honestly don't feel bad about them dissipating into thin air, most series made it out alive.
