You see. There's a very good explanation about this. Capcom is in the past. This is evident with things like resident evil. Lack of movement with aiming is most defiantly a thing of the past and you can't really blame Capcom for their lack of change.
They might be using maps from the era of the third reich.

It's the same setting. All they added were missions. I love Frank and all, but he's not a new character either. He's fat and old and ugly now.
Not worth $40.
I've been playing it and I'm on case 5. So far, a few plot differences and sequences but only a couple. I haven't met any of the "new" psychos yet either besides Chuck.
The theme park is cool and I've been to it for one mission but it doesn't seem worthy of the price. I could see myself spending up to 30$ on this. Anything more kinda feels eh.

in my opinion, this fixes so much about dr2
dont get me wrong, i loved chuck but he was a real emotionless slab, atleast frank has some personality
