For the state it's in, I'm impressed. The ball physics looked super fun to me.
I was apprehensive when i read the blogpost, but as soon as i saw the gameplay i was pleasantly surprised. It looks great.
I don't really see the appeal, it's just tennis. sure you can compare it with mario tennis (which is fun as fuck) but you play that for the added reason of being able to play mario characters, same with all the mario <sports> games on the various consoles. yes yes it's SUPER early in development, I get it, but they'll have to create some sort of appeal or gimmick for it (outside of a few ball gimmicks)
really don't like the artstyle of the characters

Not being exclusive to Wii

There's barely any established art style yet.. So, characters are quite not finalized.
But I see they're kinda silly, in a Wii-way imo
How about this for an idea Gary. Destructible/interactive environments. Have the ball for example, if its on fire, start a fire in the back drop if it hits something. Or tornado destroys buildings or something. Talk about an intense tennis game...the backdrop falling apart to pieces as it slowly burns into an inferno.
How about adding guns to the game
Am I too late to make a joke about Rustlight being deployed?
This looks pretty amazing tbf, I'd more then likely day one buy this if the price is right. It has little to do with this, but the one thing I love about GTA V was the tennis :v:

I don't see no fucking Confederate flag on that character, or some sort of silly militia motiff.
Though i think Rust is certainly evolving, i would take Deuce over Rust anytime.
