Seems like Facebook is trying to excert political pressure by blocking access to site.
Since they don't count views (afaik), their multi-account argument is nonsense.
The ruling should affect their tracking through embeds elsewhere too, though at least in Germany websites may not activate those without user interaction in the first place.
