This is the one I'm talking about. It's CS 1.6 only but it prevented AWP abuse IMO.
Why is the silenced gun an old-skool AR? I forget the designation of that type but it strongly resembles one of the old M733ish carbines. In fact it's what the real world version to the CSS M4 is...

The CSS M4 is just a fairly low-detailed M4 with the detachable carry handle left on. It's not anything like an M733 besides the fact it's another AR.
It's nice to see the gun they're showing off isn't as badly modelled as the default CS:GO M4 is, though. The proportions on the default M4 are really messed up in places and it just looks weird, whereas the new one looks just fine.

It also removes the muzzle flash, used correctly in dark areas or with smoke grenades you can effectively become a ghost.
