Britain has an extensive history of video game producing. Which is partly down to us having computers but literally fuck-all software, due to deals made and monopolies put in place. Due to us having little-to-no software ,other than that made by the select few companies allowed, legions of bedroom coders grew up, eventually forming their own companies.
There's been many companies; Rockstar North/Leeds/London/Lincoln, Splash Damage and Lionhead to name but a few. Aberdeen is currently a hotbed for indie developers coming out of the center of excellent Dundee University. All in all the UK does have a history of making great games and making great developers. Have faith, Britons.
I though that people in the UK were brainwashed by evil game companies using games for mind control!
We also made Burnout and the Harry Potter games!
Oh, and Black
