PS3 supports AA, speaking of which. One of the perks of getting Orange Box on PS3 was that you received AA when the 360 version didn't :v:.

The idea is that you're not getting the full experience of communication and social connection through the PC because you're cut off from seeing the whole picture that your brain conceives when you communicate face-to-face. I dont have a console, but I regret having one for one reason, just because of some of the exclusives, I mean, I'm watching a playthrough of Infamous 2, and it looks really god damn awesome, and I really want to play it but I dont have a PS3.

Both consoles support antialiasing. It's just that it's already taxing to run games at 1280x720 resolutions on console GPUs, let alone do antialiasing on most games.
with the game pad vrs mouse thing, one thing I've been meaning to try is set up a gamepad for movement, and keep the mouse for aiming, atleast untill someone makes a keyboard with pressure sensitive WSAD keys :D

Normally I'd agree with your little thing here, but no one said consoles suck, sure they are unbelievably far behind in terms of tech, but that doesn't mean much.
I hate it when developers have to cut content from games because consoles don't have enough RAM or any other technology to support it. Luckily, PC has modding capabilities; we can fix that.
I would have expected this to be posted by now, as in any discussion comparing consoles and pc's.

I wonder what the next consoles will do. Think they will pull something like Steam? Depending upon whether M$ and $ony have been listening, perhaps they will go as far as giving mod support (let's hope maximizing profit in sacrifice of customer satisfaction is not on their list.) I know that the specifications should be through the roof this time; at least 4GB to 8GB, a much better GPU, perhaps even an additional smaller GPU for physics and AI computation. Really, the sky is the limit on the next thing they can do for the next generation consoles. 1080p support should be assumed at this point.

aimbots and the like are harder (they're practically built into the game anyway) but quickfire controllers (aka fully auto desert eagles with no recoil) are somewhat common and piracy on a console is generally much easier

Besides that, to think it's delusional to have a much stronger preference for the keyboard + mouse over the gamepad is just sort of, really dumb. I feel twice as comfortable using the former and I can use it much more effectively. That's not a delusion nor a preference, that's something everyone feels when using a keyboard and mouse.
