2 little noob questions (easy)

  1. How exacly do i put props down? Like trees, a car, trash, and other things?

  2. Where can i get additional props for my maps? Like, if i wanted a cactus for something, where would i find it? Is there a section for those on FPSBANANA?

  2. It’s not that every item that exists , also exists for gmod as model. SOmetimes you have to request it.

To put proprs down click the entities tool, find prop_static in the drop down menu, place it, double-click it, then go to the world model box. Click “Browse”, then find your model in the model browser, check the Info tab to see if it has any requirements (is it a physics only, a dynamic only or a multi-purpose prop?) Then change the prop_static to match this.

To get more models just browse FPSB and garrysmod.org, then place the models in the /models folder for your chosen game.
