3D Ripper DX - Corrupted Textures

I’m using 3D Ripper DX to grab models from Dolphin 4.0.2 running with the Direct3D9 renderer. Most of the time it works fine but for certain elements the textures on them are broken.

The texture is clearly corrupted beyond repair, i’m wondering if there’s a way to stop this from happening?
