3D2D Text Changing

Hai,

I’m again attempting the impossible here. I’m trying to make a floating 3D button with a opaque grey rounded box. However, when the player hovers over it and is close enough I want it to change colour (so they can then use ENT:Use()).

I’ve tried StartTouch and Touch but that doesn’t seem to work. I was thinking about hooking into ENT:Think() and geting all players in a certain distance then checking their trace to see if it hit that specific entity?

Any ideas…?
