3ds max uv mapping?

im trying to get one big texture for a couple models that im trying to combine.
As you can tell im very noobie at this, so i would like to know if theres a good tutorial for this,
or if someone could do a quick explanation?

>Select the model >Edit UVW Option
And click Edit UVW, you will see the window with the texture you selectd and the uv model map for it. Place the vertices as you see it right.

You should try to work with TexTools plugin for 3ds max. In my opinion it’s easier to make uv map with it.
