3DS Max Vehicle Crashing Gmod

A week ago I was tasked to update the interior of a car on a Gmod server and began by opening the .mdl file in Cannon Fodder’s updated decompiler and then importing it to 3DS Max via WormWall. Bones and animations looked great and I began remapping the UV maps and creating new textures. I then exported everything to Gmod and when spawned as a prop all the textures were working great and the animations were still intact (as seen here). However, when this model was then spawned on the server with the original vehicle script they use the entire server crashes without any error message or indication as to what’s causing the issue.

I’ve even attempted using a fresh model with no edits made to it only to get the same results. The original creator, arleitiss, suggested that ask here to see if anyone may have an indication as to how the model could cause such an issue and granted permission for me to distribute the decompiled model to anyone who may need a closer look to see if they can determine the problem.

This is what the unmodified vehicle looks like, animations and bones are intact (arleitiss did mention that it appeared a few of the bones had been merged together, possibly from the decompiling):

The .bat file Wormwall creates points to the studiomdl file in orangebox, should it be pointing to the one in ep1 instead?
