When compiling a animation that is replacing a current animation in gmod, such as the melee swing do I;
A) Put the male_shared.mdl, m_anm.mdl and male_anims.mdl in their respective places in the garrysmod directory
B) Put the m_anm.mdl and male_anims.mdl in their respective places in the garrysmod directory
C) Put a $include “male_anims.mdl” in the m_anm.mdl and then just put that in its respective place in the garrysmod directory
Notes to self that need answering:
Dose the male_shared.mdl have anything to do with the new animations being able to be seen in gmod?
Any other infomation on this topic would be much appreciated.
Just as a note to you lot I am trying to get a custom animation onto the male skeleton. I am trying to override the existing melee attack, for my new one.
