Addon manager?

Hi there,

I would like to know if there’s an addon manager for Garry’s Mod, like the Mod Manager of GM9. This can be very useful, to avoid restarting game for an addon, and especially folder operations to activate addons.

I was hoping for something of the like as well. Im having a problem with 3rd party models freezing after i load a saved game, so i removed them from the addon folder yet they’re still there. Be handy to have something to manually switch tools, mods and model packs on an off.
