Ok, i got a server not to long ago and i need a bit of advice for being an admin

well for starters yesterday a gmod player kept spamming a weapon that killed all of us except him so i stripped him of his weapons (i have ulx) then jailed himā¦so he used it again so i stripped him again and then though ill freeze himā¦so when i did that he called me and adminge and leftā¦ so did i do the right thing?
and anywaysā¦just looking for things not to do as adminā¦
Donāt bother with the āfunā tools of ULX, just kick/ban idiotic people.
If you want to be a good admin dont install super weps such as nukes and stuff and cars and stuff
Hereās what I do:
I donāt have much unnecessary crap on the server.
Force download off. 
I kick minges.
I am polite, I donāt jump to conclusions, Iām anti-racistā¦
I take what everyone says seriously, and I help newfags to gmod (e.g. āWat r wireā)
