Any way to set the time scale when a SWEP animation is played?

Let’s say I want an animation to play at half-speed on a SWEP, how would I do that?
Already looked through the wiki, but no luck.

You might need to use not SendWeaponAnim()

if that still doesn’t work make sure you’re using it on the view model and not the weapon itself.
