Pulsar Effect uses a moderate modded assmod that connects to an mysql. If you can get a hold on it you would need to remove chat and such.
don’t they have like custom functions for they’re server and stuff … 
They probably do. In theory it’s simple if you know how to use MySQL. You would just find where in assmod it gets information from a file, and have it take it from your MySQL instead. Same goes for saving.
