Which would be the better way to have a townguard npc walk a beat through the village? Scripting the npc with get_goal and info_nodes as the destinations while running a look for enemies schedule in between each waypoint. Or adding the npc in hammer and doing path cornors or some such directly in hammer to make the route?
It would be a lot easier with Hammer. Place an aiscripted_schedule with its goal entity set to the first path_corner in a connected chain of path_corners.
And Hammer has the benifit of loading the npc with the map instead of having to spawn a lua scripted npc, right?"
