Black head?

So, i decompiled Male_07 using MdlDecompiler, i added an animation, and compiled using the qc file that was created by mdldecompiler. When i view the model in modelviewer, his head is black, and i guess the reason for this is not finding the head material (mike_facemap.vtf located in materials/models/Humans/Male/Group01/), but it does have the line: $cdmaterials “models\Humans\Male\Group01”. This should make it search there, and find the vtf, so what might be wrong?

You fool! You need to make it go to the .vmt!

Valve’s wiki says that $cdmaterial should be the folder the needed materials can be found in :confused:

no-named is correct, it should direct to the folder. Try removing the last bracket.
