Blend Textures reversed

I have a problem with any blend textures i create. In hammer, the texture is reversed. for example, if i have a grass to sand texture, and make half the displacement sand and the other grass in hammer, In game the grass side will be sand and vice versa.

i’ve kinda gotten used to it, but its still a real annoyance.

You on a DX 8 card?

It supports up to DX 10.1, but i think im running on DX 9.

When the SDK binaries were fucked up, and I tried the -dxlevel 8 setting, it would do that.

I actually had that same problem a bit ago with a custom blend texture. Just paint it like normal and then use the “Invert Alpha” tool.
