Body rig and weighting

Hey guys, I have a model that I was wondering if someone could possibly rig and weight properly using Gmod’s player model rig. I tried doing both several times, but as someone who just isn’t really experienced in this sort of thing (or working in 3dsmax overall) I couldn’t really get a good result.
