bone joints

I’m working on a ragdoll, I managed to do it but the articulation are too stiff I would make them soft. is there anyone who knows?

That depends on what you mean. Does the limb not rotate as far as you’d like it to, or does the limb rotate plenty far but in a very stiff manner?

Also, please post your QC code. Only the $collisionjoints part is necessary really.
