Bones and animation question

To begin with, I’m not entirely tech savvy, so this might be a stupid question, or the answer out of my depth.
I’ve been using Henry’s Animating Tool, which is great, but it only allows you to animate physics bones, not jiggle bones or bones you manipulate with the joint tool.
Some models, for example, allow you to move strands of hair or cloth with the advanced bone tool or joint tool.
I was wondering if there was a way to incorporate the movement of these jiggle bones/ non-physics bones into a HAT animation.
Again completely ignorant to a lot of modelling aspects, but I’m just looking for a way to get more realistic animation.
I am also a dumb Mac user and can’t get SFM.
