Made Lobby work with any game, you can pass data in with a utility::settings (no longer restricted to starting a Shooter world)
Made lobby World::BaseEntity so we can have geometry in the background
Lobby gets its next map from a convar
Tracer bugfix
Fixed up item code to work with new scripting system
