new interpolation code. now keeps timestamped states interpolates smoothly between them and prediction uses the interpolated value to compare instead of the tick value.

Since most of this is inline you’ll need do a build solution on Everything.sln and then AllWorlds.sln. Rebuilding is recommended

This is wip code that i’ve gone through and cleaned/commented it, there might be bugs but i havnt ran into them with testing.Changed Files:
