Breakable Stuff

This is the idea:

Let’s take a breakable wall for example

  • You build the wall out of bricks.
  • Using the tool, you select all bricks, then right click and the tool uses Parenting so that they’re not laggy.
  • Somehow make them still collidable.
  • When an x amount of force is applied to them, they get unparented and everything falls apart.
  • After x seconds all the bricks disappear to prevent lag issues.

Is it possible? anyone willing to do it? It would be pretty cool for building fully breakable houses without much lag.

couldn’t you just set a weld force limit?

The problem with welds is that they lag, I’ll try the combination of SPD and the Parenting tool.
